Almeezan
Qatari Legal Portal (Al-Meezan) is a comprehensive website that encompasses, inter alia: First, all in force, amended and abrogated legislations since 1961 A.D; second, the judicial judgments- issued by the Court of Cassation which the Technical Office of Supreme Council of the Judiciary has classified, indexed and concluded the legal principles from them; third the legal fatwa principles issued by the Department of Fatwa and Contracts (a previous department of the Ministry of Justice); last, it involves legal scholarly references.

The website of the Supreme Judicial Council is a rich resource for Qatari legislation; rulings of the Qatari Court of Cassation; Qatar, Arab, and international legal provisions; Qatari legal procedures; Gulf, Arab, and Foreign Legislation; Qatari judgments and judicial principles; Qatari court information; and a host of legal services.
The Investment and Trade Court
The Investment and Trade Court in Qatar, established under Law No. (21) of 2021, represents a pioneering step towards enhancing the investment environment and supporting the country’s economic climate. It provides an independent and specialized judicial system to efficiently and swiftly resolve commercial and investment disputes, thereby strengthening investors’ confidence in the judiciary. The court consists of several specialized judicial circuits at both the primary and appellate levels, in addition to a circuit for reviewing appeals. It also relies on a fully integrated electronic system that enables the digital filing of lawsuits and various requests, contributing to the acceleration of litigation procedures and the effective delivery of swift justice.

The role of Qatar Official e-Government Portal, Hukoomi, is to make government information and services more efficient and effective in order to be accessible to all citizens, residents, visitors and businesses. It also aims at raising awareness on the public programs, events, news and government initiatives, in line with the objectives defined by Qatar e-Government 2020 Strategy.
