Hospitability Housing

New Academic Staff (from abroad):
- Staff on 3-year contracts will later move to permanent government housing or receive a housing allowance after completing employment procedures and obtaining family residence permits.
- Staff on contracts of less than 3 years, such as one year or one semester, can remain in hospitality housing until their contract ends.
Non-Academic Staff (from abroad):
- Accommodation is provided for a maximum of one month.
- Employees are expected to arrange their permanent housing during this period.
Visiting Guests (for academic purposes/events):
- Housing requests must be submitted by the concerned department/college to the Office of the Assistant Vice President for Support Operations (AVPSO) at AVPSO.Office@qu.edu.qa.
- The Hospitality Housing Section will coordinate directly with the requesting entity after approval.
