Innovation and Knowledge Transfer Grant

The Innovation and Knowledge Transfer Grant is an internal funding initiative aimed at empowering faculty members and students to develop innovative solutions that address critical challenges in priority areas such as energy, sustainable resources, health, society, and information technology.

The grant is divided into two tracks:

Track One: Student Track

Timeline

Submission opens	February 17^th, 2026 (12:00 pm)
Submission deadline	April 16^th, 2026 (12:00 pm)
Anticipated start date	january 2027. Any purchases before the official project starting date will not be reimbursed.
Awards budget	Student Track: Up to QAR 20,000 per year Innovation Team Track 100,000 QAR per year, up to 200,000 for two years.
